Anthony Wayne McCoy of the 100 block of Conlogue Avenue, Kendallville, was sentenced to two years of incarceration, all suspended except 10 days, for possession of marijuana with a prior conviction, a Level 6 felony, and two years of incarceration, all suspended except 10 days, for operating a vehicle while intoxicated having a prior conviction, a Level 6 felony. The sentences will be served at the same time. He received credit for one day served in jail while the case was pending and was placed on probation for the balance of the sentence. His driving license was suspended for one year, retroactive to May 22, 2023.
Susanna Oberley of the 2200 block of Dunkelberg Road, Fort Wayne, was sentenced to 540 days of incarceration, all suspended except four days, for possession of cocaine or a narcotic drug, a Level 6 felony, and possession of paraphernalia, a Class C misdemeanor. She received credit for two days served while he case was pending and was placed on probation for the balance of the sentence.
Jayson Schaeffer of the 2400 block of Jacobs Creek Run, Fort Wayne, was sentenced to one year in jail, all suspended except 42 days, for theft, a Class A misdemeanor. Alyssa Ann Souder of Washington Street, St. Joe, was sentenced to 365 days of incarceration, all suspended except 90 days, for operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a Class A misdemeanor. She was placed on probation for 275 days and her driving license was suspended for 365 days.
Bawi Min Lian of the 2600 block of Grove Circle, Commerce Township, Michigan, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, all suspended except four days, for operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a Class A misdemeanor.
