I offer my condolences to the family of Bill Winsor of whom I regret that I had not been able to know more personally but sensed that he was a thoughtful man who understood things deeply through his life and experience as a fellow human being . The phone conversation that we had years ago led me to believe that he was a man of great intelligence and sensibleness.

Hallie, I know that you and your family will miss him sorely in the days to come but know that time is a healer and will give way to a deeper appreciation of the gift of life that we all experience in our alloted time on earth. Going forward may you all know peace each day and rest in the knowledge that there is One Who will always be with us in Spirit in Whom we can rest with confidence in faith.
