CHESTERTOWN POLICEMar. 12 Cpl C. Schwink responded to the 100 block of N. Cross Street and served a Kent òòò½ÊÓƵ District Court Bench Warrant on David Michael Tillery, age 35, of Millington. Tillery was charged with failure to appear on theft charges on March 10. Tillery was released on a $2,500 bond. A court date was pending at the time of this report.
