Electric City Tattoo Emporium is teaming up with the local animal shelter for Tattoos for Tails, a unique fundraiser on April 18th. Tattoo artist Ashley Wojtala has crafted exclusive pet-themed designs, with proceeds going to support the shelter's renovations.

GREAT FALLS, Mont. òòò½ÊÓÆµ“ Electric City Tattoo Emporium is partnering with the local animal shelter for a unique fundraiser called Tattoos for Tails.

This event will turn ink into support for the community. On April 18, animal lovers can visit Electric City Tattoo Emporium to get inked while giving back. The shop will be buzzing with activity from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on a first-come, first-served basis.

Ashley Wojtala, tattoo artist and owner of Electric City Tattoo Emporium, is donating her time and talent for this cause. "I think it's a great thing to do and it's good to get involved in the community. And they are doing a lot of renovations and I think it'll help them out a lot," Wojtala said.

She has prepared exclusive pet-themed flash art for the event, including some classic cartoon designs. Participants will pay in full and can choose to donate additional money to the animal shelter.

"I'll also have a sticky note that has, like, 'Do you want to donate additional money to the animal shelter?'" Wojtala added.

Joseph Parchen, Community Relations Specialist for the City of Great Falls Animal Shelter, emphasized the importance of community involvement. "We're a part of the community and it takes a village," Parchen said. He noted that tattooing is a significant part of the Great Falls community and welcomes everyone to join the fundraising effort.

The event aims to highlight the bond between pets and their owners. "Pets are such an important part of life. There are best friends, their first therapist. They're a part of our families," Parchen stated.

Tattoos for Tails is more than just an opportunity to get a tattooòòò½ÊÓÆµ”it's a chance to support a cause that matters. Every dollar raised will help animals in need.
