This year, Riverside Church, a non-denominational church in Victoria, will be celebrating the reason for the season at a new location with an annual candlelight service.

Established in 2008 by Pastor Bobby and Dawn Rivera with the desire to share the love of Jesus with others, Riverside Church became planted and rooted in the community. Formerly at 108 Cozzi Circle, Riverside will usher in the birth of Christ at their new location at 3200 N Ben Jordan St.

Before it was Riverside Church, 3200 N Ben Jordan St. was the home of College Church of Christ. This was and still remains a historical landmark in Victoria and features the iconic spinning triangle marque. Now the building is home to a new church, one that is keeping traditions in the new space.

On Sunday, December 22, Riverside Church will be holding its annual candlelight service with three services at 8:30 a.m., 10:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. with a worship service, a kidòòò½ÊÓƵ™s special, a message and a special moment to recognize the reason for the season, Jesus.
